Kamal is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in managing different stages of product delivery across all asset classes. A professionally qualified real estate entrepreneur, Kamal's ability to balance customer needs, market dynamics and investor sentiment has helped him to build an enterprise that commands significant respect in India’s real estate domain.
Some of his notable projects include the Good Earth City Centre, IT Parks at Sohna Road and Malibu Estate in south Gurugram, Solitaire Plaza in the City Centre and a 205 key hotel in Gurugram. Kamal is currently working on projects over 3.6 million sq. ft. in residential, commercial and IT development formats across the city.
Raj Kumar has over 37 years of experience in development and construction of real estate across all residential, commercial and retail asset classes. Over the spread of his extensive career, he has handled end-to-end execution of projects including securing approvals from regulatory authorities. He is one of the key members of the team in conception, planning, obtaining regulatory approvals, marketing and execution of projects.
A graduate of the 1986 class of civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Sunil beings an extensive experience of 34 years to the table. He has led several large civil projects across the country such as canal work, Suberna Rekha Multi-Purpose Irrigation Project, bridge over River Gomti, Tehri dam at Tehri and numerous others like sugar plants, spinning mills and auto motor industries. He has been contributing to ILC’s growing reputation and success since June 2010.
